A
MESSAGE FROM DEACON MICHAEL
Please remember
the members of our Diocesan Family who will be in
Lourdes during this next week. Each day we will remember
your intentions in our prayers and I ask you to join us
in praying for the Diocesan Prayer Intentions for each
day of our Pilgrimage.
This year we will remember in a special way at Lourdes
the message given to St Bernadette and the way she
responded to it.
Lourdes is a place for prayer, personal prayer, communal
prayer, sacramental prayer. Prayer is a gift from God,
it is about recognising his presence in our lives.
Archbishop Kevin encourages us to make our parishes, our
schools, our diocesan family schools of prayer.
For all who will join us through this website during
this week of Pilgrimage, we pray that God will open your
hearts to his presence in your life, that you will
experience his peace and healing, and that each and
every day you too will join us, in singing to Our
Blessed Lady an endless 'Ave'.
May Our Lady intercede on our behalf as we come to this
Holy place.
Please join us
in spirit and in prayer ...
Deacon Michael
