It is with much sadness that we inform you that Father Jim Hurley died peacefully on Sunday 5th March 2023 in St Peter's Residence, Vauxhall
May he rest in peace and rise in glory.
Funeral Arrangements
Tuesday 28th March at 7.30 pm - Reception of the Body and Mass
The Fr Hurley's body will be received at The Most Holy Trinity, Bermondsey Dockhead at 7.30 pm, after which Mass will follow.
Wednesday 29th March at 11 am - Requiem Mass
Archbishop John Wilson will celebrate the Late Fr Hurley's Requiem Mass in St George's Cathedral, Southwark, on Wednesday 29th March 2023 at 11 am.
All are welcome to join in praying for the repose of Fr Hurley's soul, whether in person or online - Please see the live-stream link below.
There will be a reception in the Amigo Hall following the Requiem Mass.
A private family committal will take place on Thursday 30th March.
