How we are inspiring young people in the Church

The Southwark Catholic Youth Service exists to help our young people to grow in faith in Our Lord Jesus Christ, in authentic friendship with each other, and equip them for mission.
They offer a range of formation opportunities for those starting or strengthening parish youth ministry, including:

a training course assisted by partners EQ Saints (cohort-based formation)

quarterly Training Days at St George’s Cathedral.
Their Mission Team, comprised of young adults (18–35), volunteer to provide Saturday retreat days for youth and Confirmation groups in parishes.
