Life can be very hectic. We can be the wrong kind of busy! Sometimes, there is little time for self-care, personal growth, or space to consider how the Spirit of God is at work in the rhythm of our life.

Are you aged 18 -35 ? If so, ‘Exploring Carmel’, starts in January 2023 on Zoom.
During 12 sessions there will be an opportunity to grow spiritually and deepen your awareness of God, build relationships with others and explore the story and gifts of the Carmelite tradition.
