PACT Advent Carol Service
The Prison Advice and Care Trust will hold its Annual Advent Carol Service on 5th December 2023, to which all are invited. Read more about the charity's invitation below
Pact's London Advent Carol Service 2023
Around 100K children across England and Wales will be spending Christmas without their mum or dad because they are in prison. Pact has been supporting people in prison and their children and families for 125 years.
This special event will take place at 7 pm on Tuesday 5th December 2023 in Our Lady of Victories, Kensington, and all are warmly invited to join Pact, in solidarity with everyone affected by imprisonment.
Rt Rev Richard Moth, Liaison Bishop for Prisons, will be presiding at the service and Roger McGough will be reading some of his poetry.
The Choir of Sacred Heart High School, Hammersmith, will lead the congregation in song as we prepare for Christmas and bring prisoners and their families before the Lord in prayer. This is a great opportunity to hear the church's fantastic Grand Organ being played too.
