Oppose assisted suicide, urges Archbishop John
As the Bill to legalise assisted suicide continues in parliament, please write to your MP to oppose it

Archbishop John has issued a pastoral letter on the Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) Bill, which aims to legalise assisted suicide in England and Wales.
The letter, read at every Sunday Mass in the Archdiocese on the 5th and 6th April, states that as Catholics we are "opposed to this Bill on principle", as well as highlighting issues with the parliamentary process so far.
In the letter, Archbishop John said:
As Catholics we maintain a principled objection to this change in law, because we recognise that every human life is sacred: a gift of God, bearing a God-given dignity.
You can read the letter in full below.
To oppose the Bill, Right to Life have created a quick and easy way to contact your MP urging them to vote against this dangerous piece of legislation.
